- Utilities & Internet Included: We’ve got you covered. We take care of the Internet, hydro/water & heating.
- Three Full Bathrooms Per Apartment: Yup – you heard right. Each five-bedroom apartment has three full bathrooms. You may never need to wait to use the shower in the morning.
- Built with Students in Mind: Throughout the entire construction phase, we consulted with Laurier University to see what students were looking for in a residence. Each apartment boasts a large common area and spacious bedrooms, something you don’t see a lot of in student housing. Our residence isn’t a converted house or renovated old building – it was built from the ground up with safety and student comfort being our top priorities.
- Safe & Secure: We don’t think lightly about safety. The building is continuously monitored by CCTV camera surveillance. There are locks on the front door, apartment door, and room door. The building complies with all required fire safety regulations and is regularly inspected by us, as well as annually by the fire department.
- Laundry On Site: Love that feeling of lugging your laundry to and from the laundromat in the rain? Didn’t think so. Each apartment has its own laundry facilities. All you need to do is to make sure you don’t mix up your whites with your darks.
- Parking: We do have a parking lot on the property. It’s well-lit and located on the property.
